a little alaska is a unique opportunity for teens to safely explore life in the natural environment in and around a small coastal Alaskan town. Each summer, a small group of unschooled, homeschooled and self-directed teens are welcomed in our home in Cordova to join us in respectful appreciation of the natural world and our place in it. 
Each day is different and a function of weather, group and individual preferences, planning AND spontaneity. With nearly 20 hours of daylight during summer, there is plenty of time for action and rest; reflection and adventure. We invite you to become part of our family and immerse yourself in life - Alaska style.
